Annual Renewal

Each year, we ask everyone on our contact list to acknowledge their desire to stay listed with us. This is primarily to prevent our list from becoming bloated with people no longer interested in hearing from us, but also it gives folks an incentive to review the information we have listed about them and make appropriate changes. It also serves as a reminder to some who like to make an annual donation to the sangha.

We recently sent email renewal reminders, and many of you have gone online and processed your (free) membership renewal for 2012. Thank you for your prompt response!

Those who haven't acted by the beginning of December will be sent a letter by regular mail. Early in 2012 we will flag as inactive those from whom we haven't heard back. They will stop receiving communications from us (although their status can be reactivated at any time by request).

We have been using our new Wild Apricot software with online membership capabilities for just over a year now, and we know we haven't worked out all of the kinks with the renewal process. If you've encountered any difficulties with it, we'd like your feedback. Please send your comments to membership@whiteherosangha.org.
