Sunday Evening Meetings

Our Sunday evening gatherings are held at Unity Church, 1490 Southwood Drive, San Luis Obispo 93401 (directions). The regular meetings begin at 6:00pm, typically beginning with 30 minutes of meditation, followed by a 15-30 minute break for socializing, during which we often serve tea and light refreshments. After the break we normally have a 30-45 minute program. However, this pattern may vary.

On some Sundays there are additional activities that are held before the regular meeting. On the first Sunday of each month we have an optional ceremony which begins at 5:40, and on the second and fourth Sundays we offer beginning meditation instruction at 5:00.

Always check the schedule before coming, because we sometimes cancel the evening meeting in deference to another event. This is typical on the weekends we hold retreats.
