Brief talk and small group discussion based on the work of Mark Epstein from his book Advice Not Given: A Guide to Getting Over Yourself. "The word 'right' means something to us that the original Buddhist term in Pali (samma) did not mean. When we hear the word 'right, we automatically think 'wrong,' rather than when something is twisted, we set it right." In his book, Dr Epstein helps us see how changing our view of 'right' can be very helpful in our efforts to become more skillful. He also says, "Awakening does not make the ego disappear, it changes one's relationship to 'self-grasping.'"
