Along with her experience as a psychotherapist, social worker, partner, and mother of three,
Laura Liss is a Certified MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Instructor and Yoga teacher. She has enjoyed teaching MBSR since 2016, as well as various forms of Yoga since 2005 and is devoted to helping people wake up to the moments of life with kindness, curiosity and compassion.
In 2017, Laura began attending retreats and studying Buddhism, and in 2022 she completed the White Heron Sangha Leadership Development Program led by Rosemary Donnell, James Coleman and Mick Malotte. You can visit her website
