Embodied Dharma Canceled - Open Day of Silent Practice Instead
About this event
Regretfully tomorrow's Embodied Dharma daylong retreat at WHS is cancelled due to illness.
Instead there will be an Open Day of Practice from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, with a lunch break from 12:00 to 1:00 pm.
A bell will be rung in the hall and outside every 30 minutes.
Come for any part of the day you would like. You could come for 30 minutes or the whole day, or any time period in between.
Please enter and leave the meditation hall only on the half hours in order to maintain quiet in the hall.
We will keep noble silence in the hall.
Only sitting meditation in the hall please with any mindful movement and walking outside.
Participants are encouraged to do a covid test before attending.
Please do not attend if you are not feeling well.
