About this event
Linda Elder will introduce a video with Mei Elliot who gives lightly guided 30 minute meditation followed by a 15 minute dharmette on Karma. We will then have ample time for small discussion groups.

Are you aware when your intentions are based in kindness, compassion or generosity?
Are you aware when your actions are coming from greed, desire, hatred or delusion?
Are you aware when your actions of the body or things you do as well as your thoughts?
Do you consider whether your actions will cause harm to others or yourself?
Knowing your happiness or unhappiness depends on your actions and the intentions that proceed them, are there any new actions you want to engage in or present habits/actions you want to let go of?
