About this event

Nisa King - Medical QiQong - The Breath of Mindfulness, Wisdon, and Healing

Ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience converge in our upcoming Sunday program, "Breathe & Be: Medical Qigong." We are pulling back the curtain on the incredible power of Cranial Nerve X—the Vagus Nerve. By mastering the "Breath of Mindfulness," you aren't just relaxing—you are sending direct electrical signals to your heart, lungs, and gut. Discover how simple, intentional breathing can:

- Activate the Vagus Nerve: Flip the switch from "Stress" to "Self-Healing."

- Supercharge Your Immunity: Learn how mindful breathing empowers your white blood cells to hunt down invaders with precision.

- Find Clarity: Cultivate the "Breath of Wisdom" to navigate a busy world with a calm heart.

Join us for an immersive exploration of Medical Qigong and the Vagus Nerve. Unlock Your Body’s Internal Pharmacy:  The Science of Breathe & Be
