Green Tara Practice

Led by James Coleman

Saturday January 14, 10-11:30am

Due to water damage the center is closed and we will meet on Zoom from 10am until around 11:30am for step by step instructions, discussions, and to practice together.

Green Tara not only embodies the wisdom of the Buddhas, but manifests all their enlightened activities as well. If you haven’t done this practice before, you will find that the visualization of the female Buddha Tara not only builds concentration, it helps balance our female and male energies, and helps free us from the limitations of our deluded sense of self.

Beginning, intermediate, and advanced practitioners all welcome!

There is no fee for this workshop and dana is gratefully accepted.

                       Join on Zoom
