While the center is temporarily closed, we will be experimenting with an online offering using the Zoom platform.

These Wednesday evening sittings are fine for those experienced or relatively new to mindfulness practice and will be presented in a manner that is compatible with many belief systems. We will have an approximate 20 minute sit, then a 5 to 10 minute presentation, then discussion.

Regular attendance is not required -- feel free to drop in for any of the sittings.
