These Wednesday evening sittings are fine for those experienced or relatively new to mindfulness practice and will be presented in a manner that is compatible with many belief systems.   We will have an approximate 20 minute sit then a 5 to 10 minute presentation then discussion. (more info)

Regular attendance is not required -- feel free to drop in for any of the sittings.
