This new class series is designed to be a brief and practical introduction to the core teachings of Buddhism: the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path, and how they apply to our everyday life. The six sessions will be one hour long (6-7pm) on Thursday evenings beginning September 5, 2019. See more information about this class.

The teacher is Rosemary Donnell. The series is offered free of charge, with an opportunity to express your gratitude by dana (donation).

Advance registration is not required. To get the most from this class, you are encouraged to attend all six meetings, but it is not mandatory.

A class outline handout will be provided, which will include some room for taking notes. Please bring a pen or pencil.

Rosemary is a founding member of White Heron Sangha and is a graduate of Spirit Rock’s first Community Dharma Leader Program (1997-2000).  She has been teaching classes on these topics since 1997.
