This class series is designed to be a brief and practical introduction to the core teachings of Buddhism: the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path, and how they apply to our everyday life. The six sessions will be one hour long (6-7pm) on Thursday evenings beginning September 3, 2020. The class will be held online via Zoom. See more information about this class.
The teacher is Rosemary Donnell. The series is offered free of charge, with an opportunity to express your gratitude by dana (donation).
Advance registration is not required. To get the most from this class, you are encouraged to attend all six meetings, but it is not mandatory.
I request that if you do join us you have pen/pencil and paper handy, since we will be doing some very brief writing exercises in each class.
Rosemary is a founding member of White Heron Sangha and is a graduate of Spirit Rock’s first Community Dharma Leader Program (1997-2000). She has been teaching classes on these topics since 1997.
If you have further questions you can contact Rosemary at email@example.com.
The class outline, with room for note taking, is available here.

Of course we can't have our traditional dana (donations) basket at online events, but most of our expenses continue. So if you can afford it during these difficult times, please make a contribution to White Heron Sangha. Thank you!
