Annual Membership Renewal (it's free!)
by John Dilworth
If you are getting any emails other than retreat announcements from White Heron Sangha, then you're a "member". Membership is free, but must be renewed each year. Being a member ensures that you receive official emails and notices of program changes from White Heron Sangha, and it allows you the option to be included in our online and printed directories. It also provides you with simplified online event registration and donation facilities (more about sangha membership).
A few weeks ago we sent renewal letters by regular mail. If you received one, please review the personal information we have on file for you that was printed in the letter. If the information is not correct, note the changes on the letter. Whether or not there are changes, please return the letter so that your membership record can be updated in our database. You can bring the letter to a Sunday meeting or mail it in the pre-stamped return envelope that was enclosed.
Or, to renew your membership online, you can log in to whiteheronsangha.org with your username and password; click on your name on the Home page; make any changes in the profile; save the changes; and then follow the prompts to renew yourself for another year.
If you have any questions or difficulties with your renewal, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
